Emmanuel Navon
Dr. Emmanuel Navon is an expert in International Relations, lecturer at Tel Aviv University (awarded “Best Professor of the Year” in 2022), Senior Fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS), and foreign affairs analyst for i24news. He has also taught at Reichman University and the IDF’s National Security College.
He is the author of four books and numerous articles featured in leading journals and international media such as Le Monde and Newsweek. His latest book, The Star and the Scepter (2020), is considered a key reference and has been translated into five languages.
A prominent public speaker, Dr. Navon has addressed top institutions including AIPAC, the American Enterprise Institute, and major universities like Georgetown and Columbia. He is a regular commentator on international media.
His past roles include CEO of ELNET-Israel, head of Political Science at Jerusalem Haredi College, co-founder of Navon-Levy Group (Africa-focused consulting), CEO of BNIC (diplomatic advocacy), and consultant for ARTTIC (R&D funding).
Born in Paris in 1971, he studied at Sciences Po and later earned a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Fluent in English, French, and Hebrew, he also speaks German and Italian. He is a husband, father, grandfather, and passionate triathlete.
