Dr. Yair Ansbacher

 

Dr. Yair Ansbacher is a researcher and consultant in the field of national security. He has served as an advisor to several Israeli security organizations and the IDF, including the Prime Minister's Office, the Israel Police, the Headquarters for Special Operations Forces, Northern Command, and Southern Command.

His doctoral research focuses on the study of modern special operations forces.

 

On October 7th, during the “Iron Swords” War, he took part in battles against the Hamas surprise attack as a reservist volunteer in the IDF’s counter-terrorism unit.

 

He  has written several books and recorded a number of podcasts on topics related to national security, Judaism, and Israeli society.

Married and a father of five, he lives near Jerusalem.
